In home nursing service for the frail aged. District Nursing also provide Foot Care Clinic.
Support at home following early discharge, lactation clinics and ante-natal classes.
Cardiac rehab, strength training and hydrotherapy.
Speech or swallowing difficulties.
Education and supprt for people with Asthma.
Cardiac Health Nurse
Education and support following a cardiac episode.
Home and scooter assessments and falls prevention.
Health Promotion Programs
QUIT, walking groups, healthy eating and supermarket tours.
