The Cobram District Community Health Centre (CDCHC) is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the residents of Cobram and District, with the aim being that the demand for more specialised medical and acute hospital services is reduced.

District Nursing

In home nursing service for the frail aged. District Nursing also provide Foot Care Clinic.

Midwife Care

Support at home following early discharge, lactation clinics and ante-natal classes.


Cardiac rehab, strength training and hydrotherapy.

Speech Pathology

Speech or swallowing difficulties.

Asthma Educator

Education and supprt for people with Asthma.

Cardiac Health Nurse

Education and support following a cardiac episode.

Occupational Therapist

Home and scooter assessments and falls prevention.

Health Promotion Programs

QUIT, walking groups, healthy eating and supermarket tours.
